3 days ago i had
No energy in the morning
Wide awake at night
Hard to get outta bed
energy dipping up and down all day
Puffy/watery body
Today I have
Jumping out of bed in the morning
Sustained energy all day
An unbelievable body transformation - significantly leaner (abs starting to show) , less puffy, skin tighter
Significantly better skin, no acne, very smooth, not oily
What did i change
I dropped carbs completely.
All i have eaten is redskin peanuts
They are a superfood.
High in Protein, Essential Fats, Fibre.
I Urge anyone who thinks they may be carb sensetive to try this, the change in my body and energy has been almost unbelieveable.
I Will avoid carbs like the plauge from now on.

yea i know eating just peanuts is stupid, but i just wanted to see the effects of dropping carbs in someone who is carb sensitive.
I will of course now add in meat, fish, etc
