about 183 lbs(83 kg) now, 193 lbs(88kg) maybe is my all-time heaviest 15 years ago i think.

Coach Huang, I have two more questions please.When doing pullups do you stretch all the way down and extend your shoulder or keep them tucked back? When benching how low do you let the bar go? Do you pause like an inch above your chest?
