Its not necessary but it helps when I walk into a room in a tight shirt every woman looks at me and I can see the lust in their eyes, now if I was a untrained dude I would not get all those looks.

It's mostly only dopey girls in their early twenties who are impressed with steroid guys. Most are turned on by a guy who is in shape. Women of all ages go for someone like a David Beckhum or Adam Levine dressed GQ.
All you have to do is be in shape from running and weights naturally. Then tie that to having a career and you will have women from every age bracket. Most girls don't want to be involved in with a guy that doesn't have a career in the end.

Me too, good looks, confidence, sense of humor, attract more women than you can shake a stick at! I started weight training for me , never to impress women. It was just the icing on the cake!

Not necessary to bag the young girls, but it's certainly important for older, more refined women... especially if you want to keep them around for a while.

When I put on a tight shirt and hit the club I am looking for a hot girl to have some fun with I am not looking for a wife, and when a woman wants to have fun she wants a fantasy type guy big and muscular , so go ahead and laugh but we have the last laugh when we leave the club with the girl while you stand there with your twink body looking like you dont workout with clothes on.
