Eric Adams suggests migrants could fill NYC’s lifeguard shortage — because ‘they’re excellent swimmers’

Mayor Eric Adams on Tuesday suggested migrants should be hired to fill the city’s lifeguard shortage — because “they’re excellent swimmers.”

Hizzoner dropped the comment after being asked during a City Hall briefing about lifeguard staffing at the city’s beaches and pools, which have increasingly had issues in recent years, ahead of Memorial Day.

Going off on a tangent, Adams indicated that Gotham’s lifeguard shortages could easily be fixed if migrant work visas were being expedited for those jobs that needed to be filled quickly.

“How do we have a large body of people that are in our city, our country, that are excellent swimmers and at the same time we need lifeguards — and the only obstacle is that we won’t give them the right to work to become a lifeguard,” the mayor said.

I love how you think you know me better than I know myself.

Did you post this response to me so you could reiterate how and why you support/like Dershowitz.

That he is not you hero is good to know. Who are your heroes?

I don't know you.  I do know what you post.

I posted this to show how you dismiss anyone's opinion that conflicts with your world view, even when you don't have an informed opinion about the person.

I don't really have heroes, but in general I really admire people who put themselves in harm's way to serve their country or community.  Which has nothing to do with the fact this persecution of Trump is the worst instance of a due process violation that I've ever seen.

Remember when the media tried to paint Trump as a pedo about his daughter?  Where are they now?

I’d fuck her pussy from the back, then go ATM for a few rounds before throwing cum in her hair “Miggs” style ala Silence of The Lambs.

She is done as far as VP pick goes.

In her new book, "Say More," the former White House press secretary claims that Biden looked at his watch only after the ceremony had ended, contradicting fact-checks (even Snopes) and on-the-record statements from Gold Star families who were there.

And the media collectively yawns.  Lying without consequence.  MSNBC is a perfect place for her.

Gossip & Opinions / Re: Phil Heath's starting point

phil's amateur pics were posted here back in 2005

it was one of the few times a young unknown bodybuilder had his pics posted here and everybody said he had massive potential, back then every flaw was nitpicked as if they looked like garbage but phil was different

greatness is normally obvious immediately especially in bodybuilding

you look at the best guys they were top guys immediately, top 2 -  3 at the olympia in their first showing or at least top 10

ronnie might be the exception but he still qualified for the olympia every year of his early career, i don't think any guy became a contender when they struggled to get a pro card or qualify for the olympia
