Trent Richardson, Alabama running back claims to bench 460lbs easy.....What you guys think??

A full grown man he is. You seen any footage of their training sessions? They are hella intense. I am jealous of Bama - well coached for sure.

I want to see video footage of him benching 460lbs...I can believe his squat, but that is a crazy bench

And just to think, he is the 2deep RB for Bama behind last year's heisman winner. Richardson broke all sorts of high school records.

Oh he is a beast and another Heisman hopeful....Saban is a crazy good college coach
