Seeing as how the message of Christianity is to accept Christ as Savior and help others, no, I don't see it as terrorism. 

Of course you are horrified about what happened to your mother, as you should be, but I see nothing in the NT that advocates ignoring/rejecting needed medical attention.

Why would did your mother continue to see this doctor if that's what his diagnosis was?  Secondly, why did you allow that continue on and not find another doctor who wasn't an idiot?  I'm not attacking you or anything, but even as someone who believes in God myself, I wouldn't allow a member of my family to see someone who wasn't going to give them the best possible care.
