Craig Titus & Kelly Ryan killing someone
Dorian winning the Olympia witha severly torn bicep
Ronnie winning in 2002
Dillet freezing onstage and had to be carried off

Of course the number one shocking moment was Arnold's 1980 Olympia win. Another shocker that's very fitting was Ronnie's Olympia win against Jay in 2001.
