Hi all. My name is Hans Vogel I live in Ireland and i have won numerous National Titles.
Initiially I decided to Retire after Winning the NABBA and WABBA Mr Ireland in March of last year.
However Preessure from my two Boys changed my Mind and I decided to return for the 2008 RIBBF Nationals a Title that is still missing on my CV. Just looks old....You can not enter the Heavies or senior Classes in Eire unless you have done the first timers, Novice, Intermediates etc.....
He would have won the Overall in that shape if he had been allowed do it......

Ryan, Can you let us know your pre-contest diet and your body-fat % at the start of that diet?

Any information on dropping body-fat over a 3 to 4 month period would be appreciated.

Some competitors I personally know take their bodyfat down as low as time permits and then start lifting extensively to develop the muscle.

Do you have an opinion on that system?
