In younger more deluded days i wanted to build a phisique similar to ken shamrock in his wwf days.now just desire to be strong. Reasonably lean and just enjoy lifting.

The ultimate look - old Ken was the bomb and he even could fight.
My goal is to get healthier and stay fresh.

yeah, girls are checking him out. Until they get to know him. Then they realize what a pathetic life he leads, what a poor, narcissistic, sociopathic fella with no friends he is who lives on the breadline and spends his entire life in the gym, the kitchen and on the toilet bowl.

I achieved my physique goal about 2 years ago....230 pounds at around 7-8%. Just maintenance and refinement now.
I have no desire to look like another person.

This thread is about a personal choice of what they would like to look like, its nothing to do with the progress of bodybuilding and the superstars of getbig.

My goal is not to look like they do, although I might have once wanted to, I matured out of such foolishness. These day's I would rather look the picture of good health and most of those whales are anything but healthy.
