I laugh and say yeah what the fuck do you want? I shove the first douchebag down the steps and pull out my S&W and strongly advise the second douchebag to take his friend and leave. He didn't take my advice. He got a jaw full of my foot as he came up the stairs. At this point my rottie is going nuts at the front door...I thought about letting him out, but decided that it would have been excessive. I reminded them that my little friend on the other side of the door loves the taste of new jersey so they decided it would be a good idea to get back in their car. They left in a hurry.
Next time show up in person instead of sending your little friends you bald pussy.
So I went down to Florida for vacation....had a great time in Disneyworld...
Went to my parent's house for thanksgiving dinner. My stepmother wanted me to move a landscaping rock for her that they had delivered a week before. The rock weighed 590 pounds according to the reciept from the place they bought it from. Not only did I manage to lift this rock off the ground, i was able to carry it about 30 feet from the curb where it was dropped off to the garden next to the driveway.
No belt, no lifting straps, no chalk.
590 pound stone....an 800 lb deadlift can't be that far away.

I became liutenant-colonel of the elite Delta Force reserve division years ago, but I had to step down a couple years ago when, during a tactical unarmed combat training session, I ripped the rotator cuff muscle of a recruit while teaching him how to give an overhand armlock. I was 330 lbs and apparently too strong for the special forces. There was another reason why I was put in the reserve, though. They couldn't have dismissed me on the accusation that I lacked stamina due to my size, since I could climb cliffs with one hand despite my size, so they argued instead that my size was so overwhelming that it compromised the stealth of any unit I was a part of.

about the test thing,,yes you can change,,i always prefer one ester over combo of esters,,simply because blood levels will be easier to keep stable.
when ever i do sust or omna i inject an amp/day,,,,when ever i inject one long ester test i inject it twice a week which make it a lot easier and a lot more time effective.
romania is known for fakes when it comes to amps so make sure you got the real deal,,,if you inject 750 mg of test and still cant get it on to f**k a hot (or ugly Wink) chic,,,,then try to use less anti estrogens,,people count too much on anti estrogens and it fucks up their sex life because estrogen is important too,,

I'd stopped working out for a few months when that pic was taken. But yeah, even at my biggest, I was only around 215-220 lb. I look bigger because I have small joints and decent muscle bellies.

You don`t actually cook Tiramisu, it sets up in the fridge as the main ingredient is mascarpone, so yes I could conceivably do 225 for 112 reps as I wait for the Tiramisu to set correctly. Not difficult whatsoever.
