Had a good holiday? how did the body hold up? I find for me it goes either way...I eat well and with the sun drying me out, topped up tan and extra walking and a few shots I tighten up...or the food gets the better of me, with full English and buffets later I end up looking like a perman bulker within two days.

you know hurghada is run by the russian mafia right? i lived in egypt in the past. i dont know abotu sharm but i wouldnt be surprised if they have branched out. i would steer clear of them if i were you. hurghada is dirty as shit, no police force if you go up against the wrong people.

They skin people alive by removing their face/head skin and dump them to die and various other things. The chain saw was brutal.

There's loads out here - they go a bit mad in Pattaya but I found them mostly friendly & lots of fun.
