2 meals a day!!
really??? best way to get lean, healthy and strong?
Eat when you are hungry and stop eating before you are full. If you take at least 20 minutes to eat a meal, you'll know when you've had enough. Forget what your parents told you about cleaning your plate. My parents never had this rule, thank goodness. My mom insisted you take at least one bite of each of the foods on your plate...specially if you are at someone else's house for the meal. To do otherwise would be rude. She didn't consider food allergies, which might have been a problem except I don't have any.
Some days I eat twice and others days more. The more times I eat the smaller each meal.
