Well, he doesn't have much competition. His only competition was Kai, and based on the above picture, it doesn't look like Kai will be a solid contender. Wolfs on his way out. Dexter is good, but too old. Branch = lol. Justin Compton is not good enough from the back yet. Shawn Rhoden comes in too soft. The only one who may challenge Phil is Ramy, but he's often hit or miss.

4  Dennis Wolf (washed up and regressing--no calves)
5  Mamdouh Elssbiay (he may have a shot if he can nail his conditioning)
6   Branch Warren  (lol, no comment needed)
7    Roelly Winklaar (eh, his conditioning often sucks and looks like a bunch of bodyparts thrown together)
8    William Bonac (excellent physique, but too short to be Mr. O)
9    Victor Martinez  (washed up and regressing)
10 Essa Obaid (overall, good bodybuilder, but no chance he will beat phil)

I do not know who else qualified for the 2016 Mr. O, but if none of the above guys can beat Phil, then there is no chance in hell that anyone else will (whoever else qualified). The only wild card in all frankness is whether or not Dexter or Phil comes in in-shape. Dexter has it down to a science, but he could run out of legit kigs.

Otherwise, slots 1,2 are a foregone conclusion.

Phil usually looks like crap this far out from the O so surprised to see him so "juicy" looking this early...Kai will NOT compete this year or ever again in the O mark my words...his guest posing this past weekend proved the gut is as big and out of control as ever guess he can only hold it in for so long....cappiest era ever in the IFBB so really who cares...
