My definition of "curvy". There will always be a certain problem when the other sex defines what they are in terms of body type and attractiveness. Just like guys with fatceps and potbellies calling their builds "athletic".

To be classified as curvy, she needs to have a respectably sized gluteus, thick and not skinny thighs, as well as a decent waist-hip ratio of 0.7 or better.
No woman with a wh-ratio of 0.9+ could be classified as curvy.
