I don't think it is Inspirational, it's delusional.  It's a physique contest, if you're missing half your physique, what's the point!  Seems like a shameless grab for attention.  I feel sorry for the other competitors who have to deal with this freak stealing the limelight and making a mockery of the whole show.  People go to such shows to admire pleasing physiques, not handicapped ones.
