Think I'm Ok for the super - it's only 8 miles....trouble is the heat/humidity has been BRUTAL.I was fast today:1 mile in 6:331 mile ruck in 111 mile of work with ruck:1/4 sandbag (80lb) mix in 30 push up AND 10 sets of bleacher stairs (just ruck)3/4 mile of 60lb sandbag and ruck1 mile ruck in 1150 yard bear crawl1 mile run in 6:50100 yd 140 lb sand bag drag5.2 miles total....non stop for about an hour or so.

60 minutes of 3.5 minute rounds of heavy bag, sprawls, squats, running stairs, sit ups 30 secs rest.On a timer and clock.
Must be hard to work on while standing on a clock.

iPod shuffle is still the best player for training ever.Howerver, I now have bluetooth headphones which are better than ones with wires.
I tried most others - the shuffle works best for me. Now I need to get the waterproof one for swimming. My joints are screaming lately - i need to get in the cardio w/o impact so swimming is it but cant do w o music
Just bring a turtle pool to next concert.
