Warm up assault bike
Superset - 400 lb kettlebell rows and 120b db squats x 3
Superset - 400 kettlebell drag around gym x 70 lb DB Snatch
Superset - 120lb DB row - 4 x 15 yards burpee and sprint
Superset - Heavy sled push 60 yards and 10 x 135lb clean and jerk
10 minute conditioning - 2x - 1 minute each - inertia wave, tire flip, assault bike, rower, 1 minute rest.
Followed up
60 minute cardio w medicine ball, air runner, inertia wave, sorinex glute ham roller, kettlebells, etc.
