I`m 56 years old and I guarantee I`d train you into the fucking ground.

One thing I pride myself on is kicking peoples asses in the gym.

Might not lift as heavy,but you won`t come back for more after possibly making it through one week just like many fux before you.

The after 75 minutes of chest workout I ran for 11km on the incline treadmill. YOU WOULD DIE if you attempted to keep up with me fucking senior
