They were legendary gimmicks, but they were gimmicks.
The pics of these guys were obviously taken from the net.
Even guys like Pumpster.....the cat pic.... the Bowflex gym....the stories about latinas drooling over his guns.
Some of the greatest personas on Getbig were just gimmicks.

There is a reason why Squad only had three fuzzy webcam pics floating around.
Why would a guy like that have a pic taken with his shirt off eating chips?
Mower also had around the of the same number of pics floating around.
Suckmymuscle turns out to be some skinny 3rd world playboy, who likes to act like a ninja on Youtube?

There are around 3-4 known photos of you, and you've done some strange things on here, too.
Out of 7 billion people on this earth, there's gonna be plenty of weirdos. Some of them happen to post on getbig. More believable than someone getting the idea of creating these personalities and putting the time/effort into them for years, while never breaking character.

We all want to believe in the people who post here. It used to be very easy to fake a gimmick lifestyle a few years ago.
Now, only a string of photos (Groink, Booty, Wiggs, Goodrum, Basile, Wes, etc...) And a combination of photos and vids (Shizzo, Junior, Johnny Falcon, Galeniko etc...) Prove that you are legit these days.
All of those guys I mentioned could easily have been gimmicks. They're meltdowns and outings were too hollywood to be real.
