It's essentially 37% protein, 13% carbs, and 50% healthy fats.

I have a few questions...
My arms measure 15.75'' cold, but I'm only 5'5'' so they look bigger.

Should I report my pumped arm measurement?... 16 inches

What about a pumped arm and a slack tape?... 17 inches

What about a pumped arm and a slack tape pulled diagonally across my arm?... 18 inches

Or should I have a FLEX staff writer measure my arm?... 23 inches... cold!
