Title: Is this athlete natural?

Watched the super heavy final on Sunday and Joshua took the gold well, great young talent as only an amateur. My mother in law commented on his 'huge arms' Probably wanted to suck him offf lol - so I reply, yep it's pretty easy to get huge arms like that on the gear, how you think I got these canons? (I lightly flexed my right arm for effect). Anyway I spend the next 5 minutes explaining that it's easy to get 'big' without gear, but not big ripped and athletic lol.
