funny article in August Flex concerning Kamali and the 2006 New York Pro
......As Kamali hit his first pose, Flex Wheeler, seated in the first row, jumped to his feet and screamed across at Dexter Jackson, "Where's my hundred dollars man? You owe me a hundred dollars." Seems Jackson (who shares prescontest prep guru Joe McNeal with Kamali) had bet Wheeler that Kamali would win the event (he eventually took sixth). Even before Kamali had finished his mandatories, Wheeler had his hundred dollars and peace was restored.

The hundred bucks flex got from dexter in the bet was more than Kamali got for placing sixth.
-
LOL.....
That's great.....one front double and Wheeler knew Kamali was finished!
Flex should have donated his winnings to the "6th man".
-
I can picture it now:
Manion: "Front double......"
Flex: (yelling across the auditorium) "Where's my hunnit dollaz?" "You owe me a hunnit dollaz"
And before Manion can say "relax", Dexter already paid Wheeler.

Ok guys, if you keep on brining up the double bi thing. This kings going to see this thread and going to make him cry. :D
-
In the interview with Steve Weinberger in this month's MD, John Romano wrote how surprised he was that kamali placed 6th. He went on to argue that at least 10 other people should have beaten him
ouch

Flex better save the hundred dollars for a lawers fees. ;D

I've always been wondering this too.
Donate to a kid hospital in wealthy OC?
Why the hellz for? LMFAO.
How about them ghetto countys. I understand why Gold Ray's doing it, he's an OC kid, born and bred.
But everyone else who's NOT tied to OC? I just don't get it.

it shouldnt have taken flex that long to realise, it would have been evident as they walked on, and what the fucks up with Dexter genetics is a factor and Kamailis got none, how could he even think anyone could get him into pro show winning form the cat aint got it, dumbass.

he was blinded by his love for Joe McNeal.
from what I've read about Joe, he's quite good. I guess he just needs more time to fix Kamali

i don't believe that story, there's no way that either of them had a hundred bucks on them.

Dexter and Kamali are both under Muscletech sponsership, and I heard Muscletech's crack research team said that Kamali had 10,999,456.333291 better odds of winning the show than any other competitor. They must not have had the research funding flex had. 8)

It happened quick while I was the holding the camera for King's posing, but I did see Benjamin passed from Dex's hands to Flex. Someone one in the first row said they bet $200, and Dex didn't smile on that comment.

0.3 or 0.0 something like that but it was just a skin fold test. not total body fat. skin fold is all we used back then.
