    Yes I know the form police will slag this off but it impressed the hell out of me. That's a lot of weight to be throwing around like that. Looks like a jail yard thing. Only one bench press stand and he's in the wrong gang!

to be able to do that means that 315lbs is his standard weight in everything and that he can throw it around. The mans a beast. It looks semi ridiculous but he knows what he's doing  ;D

ah, clearly this was developed in the parking lot of some Detroit apartment complex where they might have found a makeshift bench, but no safety catches.....he's just keepin' it real, ya'll...

thats prison stuff you see that kinda stuff in the joint because they have the collars welded on. With a lot of time on your hands these kinda dares always tend to come up. can you put 315 on the bench with no help and such

many people are ignorant to the fact that leavenworth kansas could be argued to be the birth place of bodybuilding powerlifting and such. Pre 1950 when crimnals would go to fedral prison they would be exposed to weight training and then getting out would import it back to there home states this happen over and over again . It shaped training in america way more then a beach in california ever could.

honestly why would anyone do that when you could simply do the set of inclines normally taking the bar off the racks and then simply get up and walk to a rack 5 feet away and do the barbell rows, what hes doing looks like an accident waiting to happen.

when the guy gets a little older and his back and hips start killing him everyday he'll realize that hes giving up at least 3 reps on each movement by trying to look different.
