Still about 23" although my strength is way up from December 2022.  Maybe my previous measure was erroneous.

My quads are 26” but I’m 6’4 and my calves are twigs so they don’t look great. Glutes are big tho, nh of course.


*yes I realize this whole post was a bit of a humble brag even with the pathetic an-esque calf self outing.
