breakfast, big pot of tomato soup from pasta sauce in jar waterd down
semi sweet rice couple table spoons of sugar or vanilla puddin mix to 2 cups of cooked rice
some chocolate drink no much syrup , add cocoa
during the day few table spoons of peanutbutter
3/4 chocolate hershey bar
couple scoops of protien
when home 1 cup of sweet rice has some whole milke an some butter milk
another pot of good ole tomato soup
some cabbage puree
a cup or two of fruit like blueberries
the tomato soup really mellows me out, it tastes like my own blood, its red, so it must build my blood if it tastes like blood i notice
dont have the desire for the burrittos loaded with cheese and sourcream or the pizza /icecream ect i dont get much out of it, same with the cereal an oatmeal im kinda tired of that too
ill get in some potato on some days i guess, i think i have about everything ,
