Nolva Question

If I were taking nolva every day to prevent gyno....do I take it once a day or split the dose up?

And should I use 20mg's per day or 40mg's per day to be extra safe to prevent gyno?

10mg taken once a day is fine on cycle.

I always liked taking 10mg EOD if I take Nolva when on cycle.

most nolva is in 20mg pills, so just cut a pill in half and take one of the halves per day
