REAR DELTS
shrugs

abs and stretching.

...lately I haven't been finishing my golf swing and it's been all arms which leads to a bad hook Cry so I need to make sure I can make a full body turn.

Looks like you hit your delts from "all angles" and "mixed it up" to "confuse the muscle".

In all seriousness then, you might want to can half that workout and substitute mobility work in the shoulders and back.

You can lift heavy shit, focus on mobility and have it all.

All you have to do is sacrifice a bunch of the exercises that are useless anyway.

If calvin changed is workout to 3 x 8-12 standing barbell presses and a few laterals he'd look exactly the same.

We don't have a box low enough for me to get below 90 so I use a bench to hit depth.
