You gotta be kidding - no pudinowski? ::)
Yeh, that's the name I was surprised not to see
-
You're up early today Danielson - it must be at least 7am in the US at the moment.
Anyway, back to topic - where is Hossein Rezazadeh, the Iranian weightlifter?
-
The only reasons I can see for them leaving out certain names is that they are distinguishing between various types of strength eg static and dynamic. Power being more static?
Alternatively, they left them out so that people like us will discuss it :D
-
Pudzi is all about static and dynamic strength... Better athlete than all those on that list...
-
Coleman before, SP Sigmarson? before Ver Magnusson? before Ed Coan?? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAA HAHAHAAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAA HAHAAHHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHHH AHHAHHAAHH wow Flex cant get anything right!! ;D
-

-
You gotta be kidding - no pudinowski? ::)
Why should he?
Everyone on that list beats him ALOT on Squat and Deadlift but he is the "world" strongest man,
A very strange list though..
Ronnie coleman on only gym lifts? lol
-
no matt duval and his 635 pound btn shoulder press ??? ??? ???
-
how does Coleman even make the list? have any of his lifts ever been verified in competition?
-
no alexyev?
-
maybe its power FACTOR?
ronnie does alot of reps :D
-
no bruce wilhem?
-
I just missed the cutoff, I came in at #11.
-
they must have watched ronnie do his 10 plate tbar pullups before they made this list with the boner that ensued
-
No King Kamali?
-
No King Kamali?
they'd have to include the smith machine and his 37 spotters too.

they'd have to include the smith machine and his 37 spotters too.
Strongest smith machine lifter who ever lived, easily.
-
i used the smith today and pretender i was kamali there for a while

Its all about the hardcore feel of the smith machine, weight belt, backward cap,
going to war with the weights, to get those those real good gains.

i saw 4 guys benching using the smith and i asked to work in with them
i ended up using them all as spotters
-
Ronnie's on the list because he's the Strongest BBer ever, so being that it is FLEX magazine, he's there. They also include Louis Cyr, who was nothing more than a circus strongman, for an "old school" pick. Again, this is FLEX magazine we're talking about.
-
Where the fuck is Magnus Ver Magnusson? That dude was an animal. Think he's died though.

The reason they did that was to make it look like BB is something.
-
That list a fucking joke.. Doesn't have Hossein Rezazadeh on the list.
How many of those listed on the list could clean and jerk 585 lbs or front squat 615 lbs?
-
(http://tommcmahon.typepad.com/photos/uncategorized/jonpall2.jpg)
Not a good list.
-
The idea that Eddy Coan doesnt make the list is silly.2400lb total at 220lbs before the advent of advanced power gear and a 903 deadlift. The strongest powerlifter who has ever lived pound for pound.
-
Rezazadeh and Pudz should be on the list.

peter mcgough is the editor- need we say more
how come Kovacs wasnt on there??!!! ::)
-
1. Amschel Rothschild
-
no alexyev?
That was my first thought. Suprised he's not been included.
Razazedah belongs in there for shizzle. Strong cases for Coan, Sigmarsson and Magnus ver Magnusson (who is still alive btw MoS).
Pudz? I can fully understand his absence. Tremendous athlete but i'd put others before him for this list.
