When you are really training sometimes your strength isn't exactly constant. We have all had those days where we plan to do 8 reps then get like 25 have to walk outside the gym and tackle a car to make it more challenging. We have also had days we plan to get 8 reps and get 2.

I guess with enough circulating GH maybe you don't need to do things like lift to be strong.
