You look good. You have a good box, but need to work more on your arms, particularly your delts. Are you squatting 'cause from the look of the quads, it looks like you are doing leg raises. Squats are your friend.
So hit your arms more with a focus on the shoulders. And get some squats on ya!

Deicide, keep at it and don't get too caught up on trying to lose too much too fast - a gradual fat loss based on a sensible approach is more permanent than anything you'll get out of crash dieting or something similar.

Why diet and take your focus off size. You don't compete, you should be focused on putting on as much size as you can then consider dieting unless you are going for the ever popular swimmer look.

I know it's not clear. In a few weeks I will probably have some taken by a friend so the quality of the pictures will be better. The quads were easier to take because all I have to do is stick the camera in front of my legs and press the button.

Yeah. Still better to wait for a friend to do it. You are right of course. I haven't made that many improvements, just a little leaner. It will be slow because I try to lose .5kg a week, so even in 2 months that's only 4kg and I still need to drop maybe 12-14kg.

Wenn du Phonetik nicht gelernt hast, ist das eh schwierig zu verstehen. Einfach gesagt werden die beiden Laute in aehnlichen Stellen hergestellt, doch in den beiden Sprachen werden die klitzkleinen Unterschiede in der Positionierung z.B. der Zunge und des Gaumens nicht beachtet. Darum kein Unterschied fuer sie.
