alot of it falls on the receivers, torrey smith doesnt lay himself out there like the top receivers in the league he half asses his effort and that much is apparent.
but with that flacco also doesnt put the ball on the money as often as peyton, brady, rodgers, brees etc. its not that his balls are thrown badly they just arent exactly where they need to be.
