i have this vid,, he said the reason why he does hit was because he started it in between the usa's and the n.americans (or one ofthoe shows) and came in 15 pounds heavier and in better condition.. so it must work for him.. he doesnt do "hit". because he does 3 exercises per bodypart and 4 sets, on a regular split rotation. he just uses hit techniques (slow negative, drop sets, failure)
and in his vid he seems like a really cool guy
