shape is genetics of course but the dude maintains incredibly low bodyfat obviously for them to show like that. my guess is the guy eat whatever he wants, but does alot of b-ball and stays active and ofcourse lifts weights like the rest of us....unless he is one of those brothas that has one of them hidden black secrets like drinkin red vinager on an empty stomach or one malt bull before bed or in the morning.
