He used too in 2011. I guess he and Hany thinks it looks better
the 2013-14 way.

You see all three of the delt heads in the leaned back BDB, but it washes out the thickness in the rhomboids, and creates little creases.

in most cases lean back creates an illusion of more absolute size tho

and also in phils case

at least those are my sentiments
