Wait a minute, what's this I hear about bhank being sick?

Is the guy really dealing with something serious (forgetting the whole list of morbidities that has been posted)?

He posted a few vomit pics - first bright red, then the digested (coffee brown) type

He's mentioned a stomach ulcer before so maybe that perforated.  If he's still throwing that up, or passing dark stools, hopefully he's in the ER by now

Holy shit, I had no clue.

All shit aside, I hope the guy is ok. I don't want anyone here to have serious health issues.

Geez man. There are so many things that can cause hematemesis. Here's to hoping that separate from the worst case scenarios (GI cancers), that it's something with a clear cause/origin like gastritis, esophagitis, a bleeding ulcer, H. Pylori infection or even incessant Aspirin or NSAID use (very common with bodybuilders that have pain issues, see: Tom Prince).

If it's a bleeding ulcer, the guy will have to get on antibiotics, PPI and some good old fashion Pepto Bismol. Although not as common, if the pictures showed heavy amounts of frank blood, he could need surgery.

Does anyone know what hospital he is at? We can send him a GetBig care package filled with some protein bars, a coupon for orange chicken and some other merchandise Ron has access to.

Speedy recovery.

I know you're joking about the care package, but I couldn't help checking - there's an ER about 20 minutes from him - which would be the logical place to go.  Someone braver than me can ring to check though!  ;D

Hahaha. This is becoming too complex to explain to those in the room when I burst out laughing. Well, it starts with Hammer curls..   no wait, back up. There was this Chili Slop pot, … no back up further, but we’ll get to the bloody vomit soon

True, but TBH it was just a matter of time when he got the mesh put in.

The doctor who put that in him was irresponsible; it’s not appropriate for all patients.

You only have to talk to him for minutes to know he is a highly insecure narcissist who lifts weights and does so for this false tough-guy bravado.

Lawsuit could be incoming, who knows.

It would have to be on different grounds I’m guessing, but I’d think it has a possibility.

I think it’s similarly dangerous to play into his delusions of his fake Chrohn’s as it is to tell him to lift a lot of weight.

Gave them a call

“We don’t have a Hankins”

Guessing, Brian is consulting Dr Paulumbo during his secrets of a diet guru course.

I wonder if the black throw was due to the chili slop?

Maybe shoveling down a gallon of (week-old, unrefrigerated) chili per day while ostensibly having a bowel disease is not the best diet.
