Biceps Peaks are all about the genetics. You have to have short biceps to get them to peak  ::)

this guy is a mutant,his body sucked up anabolics.food,training like another coleman ,just a total 4 yr overhaul from what he was,i'll give david henry props to but he seems to do it a little easier,kai looks like he kills himself to get huge and then diet it down ,puts his body through russian roulette.
