so he needs anywhere from 5 - 12 lbs more on his frame to Match Phil
he is wide and has no gut unlike Mr narrow olympia
7 lb only works if you are under 5'11 and it only works on 200 lb pound bodybuilders, cause 7 lb is a certain fraction of 200, so to convert 240 into relative size you would need at least 8 lb for the first 3 inches and ten pound for the next 2 inches at least. This equals 44 lb for Cedric to look as muscular as Phil Heath with correct size and proportions.
Now this puts Cedric at 290 and this is being conservative, 295 is more ideal and then there is also the argument that Cedric is not as shredded as Phil, which may take away another 5-8 lb from Cedrics current weight, which would put him at 270, so 20-25 lb to match Phill pound for pound and for conditioning, that`s the way it works, sucks to be tall in bodybuilding
