This topic hasn't come up in a while, so I figured it was time to ask again.
I've usually gotten between 150-200g protein in my diet. Decent amount, no need for protein powders with that quantity. At the advice of hazbin, I'm gonna bump it up to 250-300 with powders, see if that makes me look better. 5'9", 195 for the record

I weigh 227.
I would say about 120g is whey protein powder (3 x 40g shakes a day). The rest is steak, chicken and various other bits of protein-containing randomness.

For health under 200grams.
For size gainning much more than 200 or close to 300gr a day.

180lbs, eat about 120-140g of protons each day. A little more if I have a shake. But it comes from whole foods and I haven't withered away yet.
Used to eat twice as much for no reason at all. What a waste of time and money.

Yesterday I approximate my intake @241.24442687642g. Today I'm aiming for much more, most likely in the 241.343453 to 241.454435345

191 @ 5'10 13% (working out a little over a year now) and i take in anywhere from 100-170 depending on total caloric intake. If im eating at maintenance or above i need less protein so ill go lower. If im dieting hard ill go higher with around 170grams.
No steroids either.

sucks dude, I herniated a disk in my early 20's... bad skateboarding crash on a 12' vert. Decided to skip surgery it resorbed somehow but wish I had taken better care of it.
Some of us have more tolerance for pain and learn to work around it but nowadays, fuck it, neuro surgeons are pretty kick ass wish I had got it done a few years ago.
I know Bob Chick did. He claims he hurt himself while playing softball but the ice machine at the Mirage claims otherwise. Nevertheless he recovered pretty good.

185/190 bw ...180 to 200 grams .. 3 -4 meal and some protein powder..
