I'd last maybe a day eating that low and so clean
Don't you find yourself getting weaker at the gym each week?
Unless I'm ON a heavy dose... I can't even do a set up pushups eating clean like that.
I wish I could but man... sometimes pizza tastes better than being ripped feels =-)

I have a few cheat meals here and there and a whole cheat day once a week if I feel like it.
To be honest with you,this is not a tough eating "plan" for me to follow at all........I usually eat like a Spartan when training for a contest.
My strength has more than tripled because due to an illness and other factors, I have literally done zero training for at least 5 years.....so I got way way stronger as oppoed to being weaker
During those 5 years I sat around and ate a ton of garbage......first time I ever had a gut in 66 years.....I was eating tons of crap.
Already lost at least 5 inches from my waist.....I just eliminated junk food.
Can`t do much cardio due to my condition but the fat is coming off nicely.
If I were you I would get strict and eat clean for 2 days....third day still eating clean.....have one cheat meal dont go crazy with it though....next 2 days clean diet again.....next day eat whatever you desire but use your head and dont go too far overboard......next day clean with one more cheat meal thrown in.....wash,,,rinse...repeat,,,,,,,,,this will help you stay more focused and it`s not as strict.....just dont go nuts on the cheat meals/day.......THERE IS NO WAY YOU CAN`T LOOK BETTER EATING LIKE THIS IF YOUR DIET HAS BEEN TERRIBLE
