Getting up to 280lbs is definitely not necessary
If you want to die early it is. Maybe get a CAC test to rule out playing with fire first. Even those don't pickup soft plaque, but a CT Angio will. Hard to get depending on insurance and you'll need cause unless you pay out of pocket.
TL'DR bulking to 280 and pushing 40 y/o isn't smart. Doesn't matter how tall you are. The heart doesn't discern muscle from fat. Wait, it does
, muscles require a LOT more blood than fat.
