No doubt tren is over used, but it certainly has a place in bodybuilding.

You do end up looking like shit in the face though lol.

Ronnie, dexter, dorian, they all have that corpse-face thing going on, from what i can only assume is blasting tren for years on end.

So what you are saying is...up the current dose ..but keep it basic. .train "hard" and "heavy" ....do you think im stupid or something? ..no one looks anything close to 80s guys natural or mot...gary strydom back in the day..why cant anyone look remotely close to that..not even amateur bodybuilders....no one looks like that anywhere in the country...there has to be some guys in the amateur ranks who follow your given protocol. .but yet look nothing like it....

Are you implying strydom didnt use insulin and g.h.He was one of the first to use it.And i dont want to hear it,either you use or you dont.

Thats a pretty farfetched theory.  I can point out several people that used/use tren in my gym and all have a variety of faces.  I think what you're noting is the gaunt dehydrated look of someone with very low body fat.  The reason it looks so weird is because someone normally that lean would look like an aushwitz victim but because of steroids, they've been able to hold onto all their lean mass pre-contest.

You're probably right.

I can't find anything to suggest androgens cause skin aging. Just low body fat/genetics in that case.

People do have that look

You just don't see it online, at local shows

Not everyone goes the gh/slin look

Train 4 hrs a day, 6 days a week.
No HGH or insulin
No Tren
Keep the test low
Swallow Dbol like candy
Eat a diet high in red meat
Practice posing and flexing an hour a day
Keep your body proportional (No huge stupid legs)
Don't overuse machine weights
Lift heavy but don't lift stupid
You actually diet to get lean
Don't depend on drugs to make up for your shitty work ethic
No Synthol
Pullovers
Don't play the size game
Practice the vacuum pose daily
Only use Pharmaceutical gear

Cool list other than the 4 hour days which may have approached that during contest season.

That reminds me...
Today I did seated calf raises with a static hold on the top. Right in front of me I saw a twink who did standing calf raises, like a hip-hopper with Parkinson... priceless...

It's rare for me to leave the gym not shaking my head at some idiotic gym behavior. 1/4 squats get to me the most.

The same here, so in most cases I just stare to the floor or wall in between sets.

Those were fake weights that he cleaned and did presses with in that video.

I think the reason why the physiques look horrible today is because of the drugs. Insulin, growth hormone, and oil injections are the reason for physiques of today. Combine that with steroids being a felony I believe the majority of the drugs are counterfeit coming out of China. None of the drugs are coming out of legit pharmacological companies. Simpltons really believe the counterfeit packaging as proof it's the real deal. Everyone is huge but the muscles have this bloated soft look to them. It's almost bizarre the physiques of today. They all have the exact same muscle quality give or that a little slight difference in hardness.

I really believe if someone came in with a true small waist and density of muscle instead of the soft bloat they could still win.

Take out the insulin, lower the GH, lower the androgens (to Almost nothing) raise the anabolics and do some actual training.

What's the difference? I know the androgen are test based, but how does it affect the look?

Can't image! People sitting on equipment on their phone or texting is another one!  No one would want to come to my gym because I would have too many rules haha!
