hell of a build for 187lbs! whats his best time? Mark Lewis Francis was massive at 17 for a sprinter and ended up running under 10 seconds over 100m. But it was disallowed for wind assistance i think

How do you know....I am 100 percent sure he trains way harder than pretty much any bodybuilder to get to the level in track that he is at.
And that includes full body working out.
I like you Heracles, but you are taking away from his efforts by saying he doesn`t even really try.

its genetics...i played football with a kid who hardly ever touched weights and would eat whatever the hell he wanted...still he held as much muscle as almost any guy on the team, full round muscle bellies, crazy striations and conditoning....its about genetics.

Sprinters traditionaly train with alternating heavy Olympic liftys and moderate weight/high rep muscle endurance exercises.

well ive seen him back in the day hanging out at the track and damn he looked ripped. he gets alot of free supplements to. im not totally sure if he is 100 % steroid free though because being as low as bodyfat as he is his face should look more guant ish or sucked in

yea he does look 10x better than most of the fat gebig members.

I bet you he worksout with meights maybe 2 times per week...And track weight workouts are nothing, its all light weight, maybe at the most cleans...When I ran track in college we had a few guys on the team that looked very close to this guy and they NEVER worked out..Its Genetics..we barely worked out and I never put on a pound during my college track career over 3 years...Maybe this guys played football also though...But I am sure this guys was not focused on lifting to get a good physique..

I highly doubt they were close to his size. Sure track athletes have low body fat and some have good shape, but not that thick without weight training.

Look at the guy next to him. Completely different builds and I bet they train similarly. No doubt this guy works some with the weights but he has great genetics for muscle, especially in his arms and shoulders.

I think it could be argued that both of these guys train in similar fashion in an effort to improve their spedd. Yet, one looks skinny, and the other could have won Arvilla's last show...without even trying.

Excellent genetics. His upper body is very impressive for a sprinter.
I must say that I'm a little disappointed that no one thought to photoshop Goodrun's head onto this guy's body yet... ;D

He has a good overall physique, but its his arms that make him stand out. Lot of other lean athletes that work out that look similar except the degree of muscularity and separation in the arms.

yes indeed, pound for pound they are the standard of what Elite athletes should look like. they are the best conditioned athlete in sports.

being 2nd or even 3rd tier in track and field (worldwide) every four years will make you famous and most likely a hero in your own country. Michael Johnson had Nike make him "golden" shoes. Ronnie Coleman has to buy his golden thongs to wear for other guys.

I do not get impressed too often but this kid has a crazy build. We will most likely neve even see him on a bodybuilding stage. Like I have said before, the best BB who ever live never lifted a weight in his life.

linford christie was well over 6 feet and MUCH thicker than this guy and weighed well under 200lbs.

This guy is a freak(there are always a few) and NO all sprinters do not look like him. A few that do have tested positive for AS. And such a low opinion of bodybuilders athletic ability before they began bodybuilding. Why? Some people get the same feeling of accomplishment by adding 12 lbs of muscle or increasing their lifts, as a sprinter does when he improves his time or a pitcher who's speed on his fast ball improves. Again I have to ask if there is such a disdain for bodybuilders WHY do some of you frequent the board? >:(

As much as there such built sprinters there are as much that built of not better gymnasts. Whats the deal with this guy? Have you seen his nose his nose?

^ He's right. Sprinters and gymnasts have some of the best (and pleasing) muscle/fat ratio physiques in sports, as far as achieving an above average level of muscle.

People come here for info on working out and nutrition. Bodybuilding today is a joke and most definatly not a sport. It makes a mockery of the whole fitness industry.
