the irony is that I actually like the way I look now more than when I had the flock of seagulls haircut

and yes- i'm pretty sure it was the drugs that aged me alot

You look fine really. Imo, I think the tee-shirt is the main issue. Maybe try putting on a diff. shirt, a plain one w/a bit of a sleeve (even a cap sleeve) and take the pic again.
