This is simple, the PT's were losing business in the gym as they look like shit & he competes. A lot of people who have money here now want a physique, it has become the Wild West for anyone who knows anything about training & diet (ME). He was clearly training people in the gym, although why they didn't give that to him in writing is beyond me "sir you broke our T&C we are terminating your membership" Miss nasty litle kunt Shah spells it out pretty clear below.
We have the same thing at our gym, CCTV & people who are not on the do what you want list get watched from the moment they walk in the gym. Only Bollywood stars like hrithik roshan' can bring in outside PT's - hrithik in A list & the gym kiss his ass.

Only the trainers contracted by us are to offer such services. We are no obligated to tender a warning before terminating a membership. We have CCTVs in our gym and can monitor the actions of all our customers." Asked if they would make public the surveillance footage, Shah said, "We reserve the right to not share that with anyone, as that is our property. By training others in the gym, he was basically promoting himself as a private trainer.
