Dudes and dudettes of GET BIG . Ol' Howie is completely burned on any serious hardcore training/diet efforts or contest plans. I think the gym is fun,mags are fun (like MD). shows are fun and this board is often fun. But when I think of doing any sustained serious diet or contest prep, well I just want to cut a big, fat fart
I am pretty happy and healthy overall, but find it near impossible to take the contest end of this wacky sport serious( for me NOT as a fan) for any extended length of time. I find it kinda ironic how I actually ENJOY watching shows now, MORE than ever

Maybe I am finally an old fart.
Don't laugh , but I actually enjoy running (in my case ploding slowly) local 5k/10k races MORE than serious bodybuilding training. The hell of it is life is more fun than ever and my old low back pains are rare now.
I have not competed in just over 10 years now, and in that time by life kept getting better overall...go figure
I would like to drop some fat ,I mean water and bulk hehehe and get some better abs. BUt other than that I could care less about any serious PERSONAL bodybuilding goals. Keepin' it real, what can I say.
