Have you used or been offered propranolol or gabapentin. I can't use the prop since I'm already on metoprolol and I'm about to start gabapentin to see if it helps. Neurologists said I don't have any disease, and also said that's not that bad, many have it worse, but it is bad enough, a real hindrance.
