I was a believer after I adopted his guillotine press for my chest, and now I have am upper chest. This was 5 years ago.
I train with less weight, and get more results. His version of seated row has done wonders for my back. I've mentioned sissy squats in another thread.
He should be respected and celebrated more. What I like about him is he kept it natural. I respect that.
