Yes I did.  Last night actually.  Talked to them twice today as well.

Thursday – Triceps & Biceps

 

    Barbell Skull Crusher 4 sets x 15,12,10,8

    Barbell Curls 4 sets x 15,12,10,8

    Rope Extensions 4 sets x 12 reps

    Dumbbell Bi-Lateral Hammer Curls 4 sets x 12 reps

    Triceps Dips (lockout) 4 sets x 15

    Concentration Curls 4 sets x 10 reps
