Does anyone know what the best selling BB mag out there is (and Muscle and Fitness don't count):
I'm guessing Flex because it seems to be sold in a lot more stores, with MD coming in a distant second and than all those other ones I don't even know the name of. Among hardcore BB i would say MD wins out but all those 16 year old kids are probably buying Flex and thinking they canlook like Ronnie if they follow his bicep workout.
Also, I'm wondering what trend sales of the magazines is seeing in the last 10 years. Anyone in the industry know this stuff?

MD and FLEX hate on Getbig because we get the news 6 weeks sooner, have opinions that differ, and eat up their sales.

I remember some time back reading in MuscleMag that covers that had white bbers sold much better than ones that featured blacks.....maybe that why MD has been putting some white boys on their covers lately ???

I think it was Lee Haney who made that statement a long while back.
To be perfectly honest, I haven't purchased a magazine in the past couple of years ever since I found the same information on internet news reports and bulletin boards such as GetBig.
Ditto with regards to purchasing a newpaper. I do buy a newspaper maybe twice a month now if I'm eating breakfast in a restaurant by myself and feel like catching up on the news, but most of that news it old news to me because I read it the day before on the computer screen.
This wil definitely be a trend of the future and I'll bet ya a dollar to a doughnut that the national mags will encourage the promoters to prohibit cameras and photo taking sessions in all the contests so that the fans will have to rely on the magazines for photo coverage.

The mags are nice as you need something to have while taking a dump.

Sometimes I need help, so I look at some of the pictures thru the mag, and it loosens my bowels....
Last month's Bethany Howlett's pics were really helpful........

At least Flex has audited numbers so you know the REAL circulation. Not some random number that is made up with no backing, like the others.
