A boxer beat up a BJJ fighters, happens all the time, and vise versa. A boxer did not Beat up an MMA fighter in this story, though im not saying it Cant happen.


A few months ago in the ufc we had an MMA fighter with a strong BJJ background get KOed by another MMA fighter DOs Santos, who has a Muay Thai background.

I think the discussion here is what happens on the street rather than in the octagon, in the octagon and MMA guy will nearly always beat a boxer but a street fight.............well imagine a raging Tyson in the street, JJ skills wont help you if a powerful man like that is trying to bite your nuts off and he prob would do that

I heard a story from my dad how a 140 pound boxer got into a fight with 2 or 3 "thugs" in a bar and he knocked them out like bam bam bam in 2 seconds. But no surprises there. Just funny how a little guy made them hurt.
